2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit this website, contact us or submit a request for a furniture rental quote. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

3. Website access and hosting by Wix

When you access this website, technical data may be processed automatically. This can include your IP address, the requested page or file, date and time of access, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system, device information and language settings. We process this data to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical problems. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

This website is hosted and technically provided using services of Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix processes website and visitor data on our behalf and may use affiliated companies and service providers. Israel benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Where data is transferred to another country outside the European Economic Area, Wix states that appropriate safeguards are used where required. Further information is available in the Wix Privacy Policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

4. Cookies, local storage and consent management

The website uses cookies and similar storage technologies. Technically necessary technologies are used to provide essential functions, security and your selected privacy settings. Their use is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG and, where personal data is processed, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Optional technologies, including analytics or marketing technologies, are activated only after your consent where required. Their use is based on Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can refuse optional technologies or withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We use the consent management platform provided by Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany. Usercentrics stores and documents your consent choices so that the website can respect them. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, where documentation is required by law, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in reliable consent management.

5. Quote requests and contact forms

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we process the information you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery country and city, preferred delivery and collection dates, requested products and quantities, and the content of your message. Technical information such as the submission time and IP address may also be processed for security and evidence purposes.

We use this data to review your request, communicate with you and prepare an individual, non-binding quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For general business communication, the legal basis may also be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries and managing customer and business relationships.

The forms are provided through Wix. Wix may process the submitted data on our behalf. No online payment is required through this website.

6. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your communication relates to a potential or existing contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Recipients of personal data

We disclose personal data only where this is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Recipients may include Wix as website and form provider, Usercentrics as consent management provider, technical service providers acting on our behalf, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law. Service providers acting as processors are bound by contractual and legal data-protection obligations.

8. International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. We use providers that rely on a valid adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required. Further details can be requested using the contact information above.

9. Storage periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Enquiry data is generally retained until the request has been completed and no further communication is expected. Data may be stored longer where required by statutory commercial or tax retention obligations, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or where a contract is concluded. Technical logs and consent records are retained according to the applicable provider settings and legal documentation requirements.

10. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for our registered office is:
